Refund policy
We have a 48 hour return policy which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@colourwave.store. We will give you directions as to how to send it back to us to collect your refund. We may request photos of your product as an alternative to shipping your item back.
When your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions needed to return the product and/or a request for photos and will happily refund your money once your product has been received or the photos requested have been provided. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quick as possible for you. We offer our 100% Happiness Guarantee for your reassurance.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges due to the print on demand and personalized production nature of our business so please choose carefully. We are always happy to send extra photos and information needed to you prior to purchase if there is anything you aren't sure of when trying to decide on your purchase. please contact support@colourwave.store for any extra information you may need.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We guarantee the approval provided that contact and photos are received within 48 hours. After this time it will be assessed case by case however anything damaged or incorrectly sent will most certainly be approved for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
