To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@colourwave.store. We will give you directions as to how to send it back to us to collect your refund. We may request photos of your product as an alternative to shipping your item back.
When your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions needed to return the product and/or a request for photos and will happily refund your money once your product has been received or the photos requested have been provided. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â
