Colourwave thinks of every coffee lover with our range of large coffee mugs which come in 3 sizes to accomodate your preferences in the morning. Some of us just need that jumbo large coffee mug to make once ( some of us twice? ) to save time repeat boiling the kettle and spending time making that second cup while others don't even have time to complete a large cup and much prefer a smaller and more time efficient standard. Some of us may be some where in between! Our large coffe mugs come in 3 sizes. The 20oz, 15oz and 11oz. Our mug will be made to order for you and therfor you can always contact us to vary your design needs if you wish. Personalized coffee mugs are one of our favourite projects to create for you so please always talk with us if there is something you are looking for specifically as a gift or for yourself. All of our white coffee mugs come with a scratch resistant finish and are ideal for any beverage. Production of your item will occur within 48 hours of your purchase unless otherwise notified of any delays. Your item will be shipped to you within 48 hours and shipping times will vary depending on your location. Colourwave is teamed up with a number of print suppliers which are mostly located within the USA and Australia therefor please take note of your cart to determine the length of time that will will take to receive your order as each cart will vary depending on your chosen items. Please keep in mind that your order may be shipped to you and arrive in seperate parcels and this is because as stated previously we use more than one print supplier. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@colourwave.store. We will give you directions as to how to send it back to us to collect your refund. We may request photos of your product as an alternative to shipping your item back.
When your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions needed to return the product and/or a request for photos and will happily refund your money once your product has been received or the photos requested have been provided. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
