Colourwave is teamed up with a number of print suppliers which are mostly located within the USA and Australia therefor please take note of your cart to determine the length of time that will will take to receive your order as each cart will vary depending on your chosen items. Please keep in mind that your order may be shipped to you and arrive in seperate parcels and this is because as stated previously we use more than one print supplier. We have a 48 hour return policy which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@colourwave.store. We will give you directions as to how to send it back to us to collect your refund. We may request photos of your product as an alternative to shipping your item back.
When your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions needed to return the product and/or a request for photos and will happily refund your money once your product has been received or the photos requested have been provided. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â
